Are you scheduled to have vitrectomy surgery to repair a macular hole, retinal detachment or other retinal issues?  Your doctor will likely recommend a face down position afterwards to improve the effectiveness of the surgery. This can be a grueling couple of weeks but your local Lakeville Lions are proud to offer you their support.

We will provide you free of charge (donations accepted) with a seated support, tabletop/bed support and a vitrectomy mirror to use in your recovery. Simply fill in your information below and a member will be in contact with you.
